Program Architect
Consulting – I review your program plan and make suggestions and recommendations for how to improve it and/or identify areas of concern.
Content Development – I take your already developed theme, goals and objectives and develop a multi-day journey that threads through creative components. Program areas can include one or more of the following areas:
- General Sessions
- Exhibit Hall
- Workshops
- Pop-ins or other networking opportunities
Performance
Performing Arts Consulting – I review your program content and identify key places where performing arts can enhance and enliven. I make suggestions for the types of arts that would inspire, and identify groups that would bring the deepest impact to those LIVE moments.
Performing Arts Management – I recruit and book suggested performing arts groups, manage their contracts, riders, prep with your tech director and wrangle on site.
Performing Arts Stage Direction – I stage direct just for arts groups keeping in mind special requirements for performance.
Presentation
Speaker Coaching: Seasoned Professionals - I work with your CEO’s, Presidents, General Secretaries (NGO) and Board Members to bring their speaking experience to the next level for large stage presentations. We work on areas such as:
- Keeping the personal connection
- “Working the stage”
- Shaping and building an emotional journey
- Heightened energy for the space
- Group presentation dynamics
Speaker Coaching: Young Professionals - I nurture younger professionals to help them find their voice. I help them conquer their fears and build foundational techniques for speaking using:
- Vocal energy
- Natural body expression
- Speaking rhythm for different settings
- Improv for connection
- Acting for engagement
- Video feedback
Speaker Content Development – I review and make recommendations to shape your content. If desired, I take your present content and weave music, arts or “story” elements to deepen the experience of the presentation.
Pitch Development + Polishing - I bring all the above skills to your pitch teams for new business. I use my acting “chops” to boost group presentation skills when needed with an emphasis on the importance of timing.
